Absolutely Disgusting service

I called the Parow Centre branch 18:20 on Friday the 14th July, I could not get info or the managers office so I spoke to a lady from the bakery who said they where closing at 10pm.

I get to the shop at 18;47: ask a lady at the desk if I could use my voucher to pay and she said it was fine. I start to do my shopping and they make announcement at 18:55 to say that the shop is closing in 5 minutes. Then I heard some staff cheering and one said "we want to go home".

I rush and get what I can, get to the pay and as I am walking out there are staff on either side of me and they start to scream and shout in celebration as I walk past.

I worked in retail and I would be happy to if I got to go home early but their behavior while the customer is in the store is disgusting. This is the 5th bad experience from a pick n pay store in the last 2 years. Each time you past the complaint to the store manager, they say they are sorry and I go to another store and the same thing happens.

I want someone from senior management to handle this not the store.
