Absolutely Disgusted with Pick n Pay Online – Delivery Marked Undeliverable Without Even Trying

I am absolutely disgusted with the service I received from Pick n Pay Online. I waited for almost two hours for a delivery that NEVER arrived, only to later be told that it was “deemed undeliverable” because I was apparently not present.

That is a complete lie. I was waiting with my phone the entire time — no one called, no one came, and no attempt was made to contact me. The delivery status never changed, and I was left completely in the dark.

To make things worse, when I finally called the customer care line myself, I was met with a nonchalant, dismissive attitude. The agent did nothing to assist or resolve the issue. She just casually told me the order wasn’t delivered. If I hadn’t taken the initiative to follow up, I would still be sitting here waiting.

I planned my evening and delayed my dinner around this order. The lack of communication, the blatant dishonesty, and the total lack of care is unacceptable. I am still waiting for my money back as well. It’s been two hours.

Pick n Pay — this is disgraceful. You’ve lost a loyal customer.
