Absolutely disgusted!!!!!!
I am beyond mad. Today I went to the Pick nPay on Nicol along William Nicol to get groceries. While there I decide to get the refills for my asthma inhalers and vitamins. At the pharmacy inside the store I ask for my Venteze and Baclate, even going as far as taking out my inhalers from my handbag and showing the gentleman (Lucky) behind the counter what I need. When I get to the car I decide to check what is in my paper bag. In the bag is the vitamins and no inhaler refills. I go back inside to get my inhaler refills and went home. When I get home, to my absolute and utter shock. I find that the second time around I was given nasal spray. I have tried to call the store 10 times without getting through and neither could their customer care.
I decide to drive there because I would like to have the correct medication (asthma inhaler) instead of the nasal spray I was given which had initially been left out on the first instance.
I get to the shop and ask to speak to the store manager and Ralph, the store manager is still too busy to see me.
If you value your life, go to another pharmacy for assistance. Because if a pharmacist does not know the difference between an asthma inhaler and nasal spray during a pandemic that attacks the respiratory system, what else is he getting wrong.
Personally, I am never shopping at any Pick n Pay for anything.
