Absolutely Appalling Service- Pick n Pay ASAP

I had a terrible experience with Pick n Pay ASAP.

I placed an order on Wednesday and when the items arrived, they were not my items.

I contacted them multiple times, over 15 times to be exact, via phone and email. Despite my efforts, the issue was not resolved, and I did not receive a reimbur*****t for the incorrect items.

I also have the incorrect order waiting to be fetched from my residence, which is causing me great inconvenience. Every time I spoke to a consultant, they assured me that the issue would be resolved, but hours would go by and nothing would happen.

It's now Friday, and nothing has changed.
