Absolute Failure of Service – My Family Left Hungry

I am beyond appalled by the service—or complete lack thereof—from Pick n Pay ASAP. I placed an order yesterday at 18:00, and as of 07:30 the following morning, I am still waiting. The level of incompetence between the app and the support team is staggering: The App: Still claims my order is "Ready for driver to pick up." Customer Care: Claims the order was already picked up at 19:34 last night. Neither of these accounts helps the fact that my family, including young children, had to go to sleep hungry last night because our groceries never arrived. It is heartbreaking and unacceptable to have kids forced to go to bed having only eaten snacks because a "priority" delivery service couldn't fulfill a basic promise. If you cannot guarantee delivery, do not take people's money and leave them stranded. I will be demanding a full refund and will think twice before ever trusting this app again.
