Absolute Amazing and Exceptional Service from the Store Manager and Staff at Pick n Pay Port Alfred

I am overwhelmed by the efficient service that Pnp Port Alfred has provided. unbelievable!! i am stuck in pretoria and my parents are in cannon rocks and we couldnt get anyone to assist us to get food to them as they are elderly and cannot go the shops currently. I called the store on Thursday and asked for their help as it is not within their immediate area, without any hesitation Jarred said they will help. the store manager Alex called me just before close of business and again confirmed that he will see that it will get done on Friday. i sent through our order request and first thing Friday morning the accounts lady Esme contacted me to ensure everything is ready so that they can go and deliver. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart at Pnp Port Alfred and for the speedy service and the concern you have for fellow citizens - my parents n this case. thank you so much, you have helped us so much in this needy time i cannot express my appreciation enough.
