About to blow

I have been struggling 2 days to get my order delivered to me. THE WORST delivery service ever!!!!!!!!! My house is not easy to find. But is it not better to just try and call me rather than driving all the way back to the store to let them call me???? And I would make contact with the driver myself but the app is not even showing that the driver is on his way. Stay away from this service ppl.
