Abhorrent service

<p>what a useless company pick n pay is. The service is pathetic. I am beyond words in the manner which we are treated as customers in the bakery at Soshanguve. We are told story after story about excuses on the service delivery. We are expected to understand that the daily running of the business will never ever run smoothly. I have bought bread in the bakery for more than 2yrs but till date we have to stand in ques from 3pm in the afternoon just to get bread 6 hrs after the bakery has opened at midnight, then you have to deal with staff members that will open bakery when it suits them even though u knock and notify them that is past midnight. Pick n pay parking has practically become our bedrooms where will sleep n eat supper because you want to be first in the que in order to get stock before the staff go slow. From part of management it seems like nobody cares as this has been reported and it is still an ongoing thing. Only one person who is always trying to assist and inform the customers Andries Ma***e unfortunately he alone without management support cannot change this abhorrent service that we are receiving .</p>
