I have never had any problems at Pick and Pay Faerie Glen, Today I have had a terrible experience. I have waited for more than an hour for my only order that was scheduled for pickup between 11:00 and 12:00. I was absolutely shocked to hear that there is only one person that deals with the online shopping orders, etc. He is off today and now there is no management, no one knows what to do, there is no back-up plan. No other person who does the job. After carefully planning my day, I have to cancel and move my meetings and appointments because of the lack of follow-through by pick and pay. No follow-through planning of a situasion/job.
