A WEEK LATER AND NO DELIVERY OF MY ORDER

I ordered items from Pick n Pay Clothing last week Wednesday, 29th September. A week later, my order has not been delivered and there has been no communication via email, phone or sms from Pick n Pay regarding the status of my order. I am frustrated as this service is unacceptable.
