A very frustrated customer
I want to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received from PnP ASAP over the past two weeks. Despite being a loyal customer, the repeated issues I’ve faced are beyond frustrating and entirely unacceptable. Incident #1 Two weeks ago on a Saturday afternoon, I placed an order through the PnP ASAP app. After waiting for over two hours with no updates, I decided to call customer service as the app simply displayed “we’re wrapping your order.” To my shock, I was informed that the driver supposedly attempted delivery but couldn’t reach me and returned the order to the store. This claim is untrue, as I was home the entire time, sitting in my living room, with no missed calls or notifications. Frustrated, I requested an EFT payout for the order, but two weeks later, I am still waiting for my refund. Incident #2 Hoping my previous experience was a one-off, I placed another order this past Saturday. Yet again, I faced significant issues. After waiting with no updates, I called customer service and was told the store had not accepted my order. I was advised to cancel and reorder, which I reluctantly did. Thirty minutes after reordering, the app still displayed “we will get to your order.” When I called again, I was informed the store had once more not accepted my order. Eventually, my order was delivered, but the entire process was exasperating and completely undermined the convenience the app is supposed to offer. Incident #3 Yesterday, I placed yet another order to purchase items that were previously out of stock. Predictably, the same issue occurred. My order was not accepted, and I was forced to cancel and reorder. I requested to speak to a manager regarding these repeated issues, but that request was dismissed. Additionally, the repeated cancellations and reorders have resulted in significant bank charges, which add insult to injury. Conclusion This level of service is utterly disappointing. The app is intended to simplify the shopping experience, but it has done nothing but cause inconvenience, frustration, and financial loss.
