A total Health Risk

Good day Management

I was at the Pick n Pay in Maitland Voortrekker Rd, bough a pack of "No Name Shells Pasta. Got home and looking forward to enjoying my pasta. To my dismay I noticed things crawling around and on the pasta. Closer inspection revealed that it is Weevil Beetles and the bag is sealed. I would like to know the following from Pick n Pay Management:

1. Do you check your products before selling them to the public?
2. Does the Department of Health send out Inspectors to regularly check if the product is suitable to sell to the public.
3. What are you going to do to ensure that this does not happen again.
4. I regularly buy your No Name products and use them, how do I know that the products I have used has not compromised my health.

I am sure I am not the only person who has come across this problem. But unlike the others I will not keep quiet. I will let the public know what kind of products Pick n Pay sell to their clients. This is an inconvenience as I have to drive back and forth wasting petrol and having to waste time. This message will be posted on social media and platforms like Hello Peter.
