A Star like Lydia
I want to compliment one of the cashiers, Lydia, on her friendlyness and great attitude. She is a ray of sunshine and always makes my checkout experience a great one. As a matter of fact, I will stand in a queue to be served by Lydia even if other cashiers are available. Please give her a pat on the back.
