A sham of a Returns Policy

I’m displeased by the service I’ve received from Pick n Pay ASAP team. First of all, the No Name Mixed - Chicken in my order was off. Secondly, upon complaint (3rd Jan 2021) there has been no follow up to resolve the issue only automated messages of receipt. Little did I know, I was placing an ASAP order of absolute inconvenience intertwined with lack of Returns Policy!
