A satisfied customer

Last week, I complained about service that I had received from the Westwood Pick 'n Pay when phoning to find out about a microwave oven that was on special. Well, I had a phone call from a very pleasant gentleman named Ashley and he was so apologetic and with me being a dissatisfied customer he has pulled out all the strings and he has managed to secure me a microwave at the price advertised. Well done Ashley on following up on what customers say.
