A real pleasure to deal with

My family shop at Pick n Pay Mokopane regularly, and I can honestly say that the Customer Manager Corne is the biggest credit to Pick n Pay in all SA. I use a lot of different stores throughout Joburg as I travel around a lot and no one works like her. This particular store has its up and downs however Corne has the ability to deal with practically every type of person. I have seen her calm a raging man down and win him over, along with very difficult women who always leave happy. I myself have been in quite a few situations where I have been very unhappy with staff members and Corne has sorted the problems out perfectly. She is calm, knows how to make a person feel at ease and always sorts out the problem. I mean always. I have never left unhappy when I have dealt with her..I am sure a lot of other people feel this way to.I really commend her and honestly think all at Pick n Pay should see what a credit she is to your company. Please thank her and let her know that a lot of us customers really appreciate her.
