A Pick n pay with no Cash ......shocking

I am extremely shocked ,annoyed and cannot understand how a big pick n pay in lake side does not available cash to draw.........a shop ? Not a small shop but a store that has people do month shopping to not have cash to withdraw. I just wish service levels across to board can become better ( but who am I kidding ,it's probably going to get worse )
