A Knight in shining amour appeared

Yesterday afternoon after work, I rushed to this shop and I need to exchange some items that I had purchased online. I was irate, hot and really not in a good mood after being first being stuck on a congested highway and then on roads with every single robot being out due to loadshedding. The manageress of this store wasnt awfully keen to assist as she explained this store was a clearance store. But then my knight in shining armour appeared. Marco. And wow, did this man go completely out of his way to help me. He walked around the store with me, helping me choose items, even carrying the clothing for me. Let me tell you, Pick n Pay Clothing - you have an absolute gem on your hands. Please acknowledge this young man and please promote him quickly!! My attitude and mood changed completely on dealing with Marco. He was absolutely fantastic. Five stars!!
