A helpful and friendly manager can change anger and frustration in minutes

This family store will always be one of my favourites. The manager, Dean Smith, is the most helpful and patient person I have ever encountered helping an "oldie" like me sending a parcel with ARAMAX. They seem to change the goal post regularly to make it more complicated to send a parcel on-line. When it was first possible with the App, Dean helped me patiently to download it, and then how it works - I wrote all the steps down. This worked for a long time, until suddenly, the scanner worked but the correct info didn't come up. Dean went to all the trouble to help me get the webpage on my phone, and then made a big photocopy of a scanned image which he stuck on the wall above the Aramax box. This was such a blessing because it worked. Now suddenly the Tracking number is so small I have to put my glasses on to see it, and once again Dean to the rescue to show me to click on the three dots at the top to get the correct menu. THANK YOU DEAN - Aramax owes you a big thank you and debt. In fact they should pay you a stipend for all the customers like me queueing at his door for help.
