A Good Thing Came To An End

So I had a really great experience with the Bottles App and was ordering all my weekly essentials through their app on a biweekly basis and all was going so well and I was over the moon. I'm a work from home mom with a little baby and I don't always have the time to go pick up things at the local grocery store, so this was a time saver for me. This was a perfect arrangement for a good 4 months. Then a couple of weeks ago I attempted to make an order and low and behold, my address was no longer in an area they deliver in, but they deliver just a block from my place. I logged 2 incidents on their app and no one got back to me to explain how my address had suddenly moved out of their delivery area. So I'm hurt and a little sad because this new convenient option has now been taken away without any notice. Great app and service, just wish they had let me know that they can no longer deliver 50m further from their new barrier line.
