A disgrace and a disaster for lack of better words
I ordered yesterday (Friday) at 5pm and I assumed my order will be delivered the following day,I was notified my order will be delivered 7pm to 7:30pm(same day) and was never delivered.At 10:20 pm driver calls to say he is out for delivery,that’s over 5 hours later and I told him it’s late and for safety reasons he can deliver the following day in the morning.This morning I wake up to my cancelled order and an notification for a refund lodged which I should wait for 5-7 days to receive.My money for groceries will be held for almost a week.PNP just doesn’t care!

29 Mar 2026, 21:16Almost a thousand Rands is with PNP and you are giving me a contact number to phone at my expense again,with what money and I supposed to buy airtime with when I don’t even have food to eat since Friday and it’s the 3rd day now of me wondering what’s the next possible better option?At this point your response is not helpful.Why did you choose delivery at 10:20pm instead of normal operating hours?Did you really expect me to attend to a delivery at 10:20pm in a South Africa full of crime and where women are easy targets?
