A credit to your store

I would like to compliment Pumla Cekiso for her friendliness when dealing with a double the difference refund. Not only did she refund the money correctly (it is a mission at many of the other Pick 'n Pay stores in PE) she was friendly and also apologised for the error & inconvenience ! What a breath of fresh air and a credit to Walmer Park. Very impressed. Pumla could certainly teach staff at other Pick n' Pays (specifically Moffet Hyper) on how to react and treat customers. Thank you Pumla.
