A Corona Shopping MESS
So I haven't been to Pick n Pay @embalenhleMall for about 2 months since the lockdown (level 5 and 4) towards the end of level 4 I went the in the afternoon was nice to see all the must-do's for Covid-19 the sanitizer at the door and social distancing measures Well done!. Week later I return and it's a Nightmare 1. The are no basket not even 1 and it was like 11am I went in and the staff I walked out because I justed couldn't handle having to either carry the stuff I need and struggle with it in a long queue or take a trolley even if it's too big for the stuff I needed.. I just left..! Few days later (now level 3 lockdown) I return (2/6/2020) I walk in sanitizer and I need a basket... No basket??? I went to Shoprite ****ed. Today I am in a rush I need like 4 things I walk in get santized and I walk in and STILL NO BASKET *** I took the stuff I needed and I put 1.8kg washing powder on MY HEAD!!! stood in a queue till I reached the cashier!!!!!!!! ( check the security cameras there are lots) they just looked at me so that's the shopping experience now take a trolley or sort yourself out! IT'S A MESS what NONSENSE I was never gonna say anything but after 2 weeks it's UNACCEPTABLE what is the reason behind it??? Would this nonsense ever happen in Secunda???? Why??? and there are/was no notice of why I have picture of were the baskets should be its just clear nothing no sorry customers no we apologize nothing... To me it's a middle FINGER and it's unacceptable..... UNACCEPTABLE!
