A cashier with the worst attitude!

<p>Walked into Pick n Pay Lemontree as i usually do to do a bit of shopping becouse of their great specials as alwas. with out even noticing i push my trolly basket into what is a 10 items or less chasier zone and the chasier calls the next in line in this case its me in line, without thinking i walk up to her together with my daughter and she starts scanning the items i have. when shes done she stares at me with a suprising look i ask her calmy "are you not gonna pack for me?"</p> <p> </p> <p>and rudly without a hint of kindness she tells me that us customers dont wanna listen when they tell us that that is an express till! she goes on as if shes talking to a primary school kid and funny on any given day I would have fought back but i had had a tough day and just felt hurt. I asked her but why didn't you tell me this or maybe remind me before you took on my goods instead of insisting that all custumers are the same.</p> <p>she just carried on in zulu to the casheir next to her that shes just tired and doesnt have time for this, she cant wait to get home so that she can just sleep she retorted.</p> <p>very slowly littrally on the verge of tears i told her that there was no need to be so rude to me, that if people can just exercise a little bit of kindness to the next person doesnt matter who they are the world would be a better place. I explained to her that all you needed to do was tell me to go to the other tills and i would have done so because im not her previouse customer and i dont know what or who got her so angry.</p> <p>The fact that i had just had an awful day and was just out of it she should have been able to read my body language or maybe my reaction which is something you learn to do after a whale working with so many diffrent personalities. What saddens me is that she couldnt be botherd.</p> <p> </p> <p>As i was about to leave i turened at the door to go find someone where i can complain to the supervisor was just intreasted in the name of the person who helped me............requested my till sip and said oh Puseletso I'll speak to her mam'</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
