I'd like to express my gratitude to Mr. Sebeko, a supervisor at Pick n Pay Quagga Center in Pretoria West. I was overcharged R8 for 6 x 300ml Fruggo juice, which was advertised at R59.99 but rang up at R67.99. After bringing it to the attention of the store staff, they escalated the issue to Mr. Sebeko. He handled the matter professionally, refunding the R8 difference and, in line with Pick n Pay's "double the difference" policy, also provided an additional R8, totaling R16. His excellent customer service turned a negative experience into a positive one. Thank you, Mr. Sebeko, for your dedication to customer satisfaction.
