A BIG BOO FOR PNP HYPER NORTHGATE!!!

2 Sundays ago, a friend was shopping for a few items at PNP Northgate +- 30 mins before they closed. She was in the pet food isle when an African female approached her asking for assistance in choosing food for a dog she said she'd been given. My friend being kind and helpful started looking on the shelves for the correct product. Before she knew it, she was surrounded by 2 other African females. She felt something sharp press into her rib cage and the 3 woman demanded her handbag and jewelry. Too shocked to scream for help these people forcefully took her belongings and ran in 3 different directions, and out of the store. My friend approached the manager to report what had happened. She then stressed about her car, the key being in her handbag. The manager and she went to the car. A carguard she is fami**** with offered to guard her car, the center security arrived and the manager told her, security is here, and he left her and went back into the store. He never took her name or number as one would expect, so he or someone at PNP could follow up with this distort woman.... She went to the security office to view some footage but was unable to see her 'attackers'. They called her son who brought her spare car key and they went to Honeydew SAPS to report the incident and open a case. She finally arrived home at 20h00! From arriving at PNP by 14h30

The most devastating thing was these females took her wedding and engagement rings, her husband passed away just over 2 years ago. My heart breaks for her. Irreplaceable!!!

The other most shocking thing I find is the total lack of interest, support, and follow up from PNP !

This happened in their store, I doubt it was the 1st incident and guarantee it will not be the last..

Their care - less attitude leaves much to be desired!!

My friend and I along with many people we know who used to shop at PNP Hyper Northgate...certainly will never be spending our hard earned money in that store again.

I'm DISGUSTED with the total lack of empathy for my friend, and their long time CUSTOMER ...A BIG BOO to PNP HYPER NORTHGATE!!!!
