99 cents loaf

I'm a loyal customer and buys online once a week and in store. But I have one thing that the store should address. THE BREAD @.99c - I have had several sms's to redeem at the store. My colleagues and I has never been able to redeem it. We were in the queue several times when other customers also complained about their sms's not being redeemable. So PnP - stop sending this campaign because it's NOT working. I've deleted all my sms's - waste of time.
