I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the recent FNB specials. As a loyal customer of over ten years, I am extremely disappointed and frustrated by the lack of consideration shown toward customers like me who do not eat beef or pork due to cultural and religious reasons. It feels discriminatory that no alternative options—such as chicken or vegetarian meals—have been made available. By excluding a large portion of your customer base from benefiting from these specials, FNB and Pick and Pay is effectively showing a lack of inclusivity and cultural sensitivity. This is unacceptable in today’s diverse society, and I am deeply disheartened that a company I have supported for so long would overlook something so important. I urge you to take this feedback seriously and make immediate efforts to provide suitable alternatives going forward. I expect a response on how this issue will be addressed. Should I not receive a satisfactory response, rest assured that I will be taking this matter to all social media platforms.
