I am extremely angry and disappointed with how my refund for order #*** has been handled.

My order was canceled on Sunday, 28th, and I was told my refund was pending and would take 4 days. After waiting, I called again — then I was told it actually takes 5 days. Today I found out the truth: the refund was NEVER even processed until now!

To make things worse, your team promised to contact me last week about this issue, and guess what? No one ever did. I’ve been **** to, ignored, and made to chase my own refund, which is completely unacceptable.

The only person who deserves credit is Phuti, who finally took action and processed the refund properly. If it wasn’t for her, I’d still be waiting.

I refuse to wait another 5 days. I was told the refund was already released to my bank, and I expect my money to reflect immediately.

This kind of poor service, false promises, and lack of accountability is disgraceful. Do better.
