7lt Goldair Air Fryer

The 7lt Goldair air fryer has met and exceeded all my expectations and is in daily use in my kitchen. Being a single male not used to cooking, this appliance has made all the difference. Quick, clean and effective! My only question is, what is the meaning of the first symbol on the machine, three wavy lines in two semi circles? It's not mentioned in the booklet.
