After completing my shopping at other shops my last stop was dischem and pnp as they are close to exit,I then entered PNP, the security called me sisi ,( I take offense as I'm not black) she was to check my items as I enter the store in a trolley, then I told her you not touching my stuff as I walking in with my items ,all my items was in woolies black bags and 2 checkers bags, except the potatoes,while shopping I saw that Regina is following me while being taking to someone,this was my entire time being followed, I even heard her telling someone something about sweets as I as I was approaching the sweet section see what special is on the sweets, I'm still being followed, when I was ready to pay,I went to the till, paid for my stuff, then I check my slip ,I see the toothpaste price marked on the selve is not the same, informed the supervisor, she asked me for my details cos at this point I'm already annoyed as I was feeling harassed in the shop... I said you said you calling the police I can wait, I told Alex **** you, his reply was **** you too.. Afterwards I told them I want the refund for PNP purchase,then Alex told me we don't need your money we will give it back, well done to a manager , then mall security and Alex tells me to delete the video,I said **** you...I walked out after they could not find any evidence I stole. My question to centurion mall management and PNP is this how you deal with people not all people are ********s,I have seen many times how different races gets treated by black staff and security in the mall, doesn't mean a person is not well dressed and full make-up that their intentions are bad, if I gave these people any indication I stole with all mean they had a right, but Regina fowolled me the entire time and the camera in the magager office can see in the tills if the items I took was paid for. By this entire incident I got an anxiety attack on my way home ,that the Uber driver asked me if I want to go to the hospital... How do you guys employee people that can not be of standard,that entire PNP there is no other race,it's 100% black..why.. I did not see anything on the doors that say I must show what items is in my bags in the trolley when entering a shop.. , my phone stopped some of the recording,I will be taking this matter further if I This matter needs your attention, I'm no ***** ,they all but my health at risk
