6 weeks ago order still not delivered

I ordered from pick and pay online on the 23 Nov 2025 and I have not received it or had any communication whatsoever since. On the 18th of December I sent an email to their customer support email. On the 23rd of December I received a response saying they would let me know. I haven’t heard anything since
