5*Service at Carnival Mall

I was coming from another store,wanted to pay my wi-fi account and unfortunately was turned away and told they coud'nt assist me.I get to Pick n Pay It's month end,late afternoon and the store is packed.So I'm standing on the queue and it's moving very fast, however I'm still frustriated by what had happened prior at the previous store.When I'm approaching the till points I see this lady(Cashier)very cheerful, energetic and immediately I just wish to be assisted by her...Soon enough we are called to her till.Well all I can say is that Zandile the Cashier who assisted me,was very helpful, patient and full of energy.I understand that she was doing her job but she went above my expectations and for that I applaud her.I know I'm not the only one who saw potential on her and hope the store does recognise and applaud her for the great service..Best wishes to you Zandile Cashier 5GC55 from Carnival mall.
