5hours later after online order I am told the store closed

I placed an online order at 14:15pm n u accepted n charged the amount on my card, 2hours passed n nothing I chacki on my app n it says u guys are still packing, I call your client service number on my app they say they c my oder, I relax 5hours later I call n they tell the store closed at 3pm therefore could not deliver my airtime goes to zero n I don't get called back like Lindo said she would should my airtime deplete... i could have made a plan why was I not sent a Sms or email to say your order is not coming anymore because I could have made a plan.... Poor service u guys please can that order I want my money back ASAP, deleting your App very soon should have just orders at shopryt yerrrr
