4 weeks and still no stock

A couple of weeks ago Pick n Pay Hyper had a collapsible washing line on promotion. I went to Centurion Pick n Pay Hyper, Greenstone and Woodmead. Not one had any stock. I got a "rain check" and have been going to Pick n Pay Hyper in Woodmead every Saturday since to check if they received stock. I went there again on Saturday and spoke to someone at customer service. They told me they don't know when they will be receiving stock. This is completely unacceptable. I cannot keep on driving up and down for no reason at all. I want to know what's happening with regards to the stock. You cannot have something on promotion and not have efficient stock. It's 4 weeks later! I was told at the Woodmead Pick n pay Hyper that they only received a small quantity of them initially. BUT IT'S ON PROMOTION!!! I really don't understand.
