3rd time unlucky - meat off before sell by

To whom it may concern, I've been a loyal pick n pay customer for years and am generally satisfied with your service, however there appears to be a significant issue with your meat going off before the expiration date. This is the third occasion that I've had meat from PNP spoil within the sell-by date and it's gotten to the point where I know that I should never by meat from your company, and sadly rather shop at checkers/Woolies where I've never had this experience. <br> <br> On Saturday I purchased meat from your Chilli lane store with the sell by date of 28 Jan. Today I went to cook it and it was off and smelling foul. I have not experienced load-shedding during the period as I know that would be an obvious cause.<br> <br> I know that these things happen but since it's the third time I'm sadly unlikely to shop at PNP unless I'm certain that it's an issue which can be resolved as it's pointless having to go to another store to get meat because you can't trust PNPs quality. <br> <br> I look forward to your assistance with this issue.<br> <br>
