3rd time is not the charm

Yoh! Imma moving my monthly groceries to Woolies - y’all cost the same anyway but at least they keep to their time slots.

Why offer customers timeslots if the delivery will be over 2 hours late?! I understand if this may happen once or so but this is the 3rd time.

People have other commitments and meetings - yet I sit around for hours waiting on a delivery.
