3rd Party was never paid

On the 21st august 2015 I went to the Pick n Pay Centurion Mall to pay my MultiChoice account, when making payment I also purchased some items. I paid a total amount of R498.49 at terminal number 7, the R390.00 was for DSTV and the remainder was for items i had purchased. Multichoice has never received the amount till today, I called James the manager at the Pick n Pay Centurion Mall on Monday the 16th of November and asked him to check why MultiChoice had never received the money and he said he would get back to me. It has been exactly a week and I haven't received any feedback from him. Until I called him back then he says he is busy with an audit. I need my money back. I cannot pay for the same month twice. This is a ripe off. This needs to be attended to.
