3rd day ignored!! DON'T ORDER ONLINE!!

I placed an online collection order on Saturday 28th of March. My husband went to collect the order on Monday 30th between 5 and 6pm as I am immune compromised and we are avoiding going out at all. We bought 2 weeks worth of groceries, however, many items were not delivered, some items were charged for but not received and worst of all, 80% of the fresh produce either expired on the 30th or the following day - 31st!!! So much for your freshness guaranteed promise! You are blatantly using these opportunities to move old stock! I have called, emailed, messaged and complained on social media. All platforms are being ignored!!! What will you be doing about this?! The store is also not answering the phone! This is shocking that you are exploiting people at a time like this and then ignoring their complaints and concerns!
