3days later still no Asap order

Hi, can you please try to assist? I ordered on pick n pay asap on sunday morning the order was susposed to be delivered by sunday at 2

The order only arrived monday at 11

They delivered the wrong order, mistakes happen so thats fine i called customer care twice( and emailed them about 7 times) the customer care agent said they would send someone to bring the correct order yesterday. Nobody came

Spoke to him again this morning he said we must speak via email. His email went as follows
