I just tried to place an online order, checked out and store account debited but no order details. So as per usual pnp ripped me off....I paid for unsuccessful order

07 Mar 2025, 12:28There is no order number, everything was processed at checkout but then there was an error message afterwards. I was still debited for an order that was unsuccessful and yet still received sms saying thank you for placing order but that's it
