35% Overnight Increase on a Single Product

I am a regular purchaser of Catmor cat food sachets, and have been consistently buying them at R 7-99 (sometimes R 6-99 on special). I was horrified to find out yesterday that the price has leapt up to R 10-79, which is an overnight increase of 35%!!!! This is frankly appalling, and I look forward to Pick n Pay's attempt to justify this. I have had no response from the store in question (Ezulwini, Eswatini)
