3,5 HOURS to deliver order!! SIES PnP!!

ZERO rating for service for Pick n Pay ASAP App - took 3,5 HOURS to deliver 14 items!! Couldn't reach them through their Customer Care number, nor through the email address, neither did they even bother to call me back or respond to my plea's to keep me posted on the delayed order!! This was my FIRST online order to them and will DEFINATELY be my LAST!! WORST SERVICE EVER!
