30% off Flysafair empty promises!!!
on the promotion "one day only: 30% off Flysafair local flights when you book at a pick n pay money counter!"
listed on the towns that is one of the selected stores is KLERKSDORP HYPER.
after talking to 2 cashiers not one knowing anything about this and called a manager. After going to a till waiting for an hour and still the 30% could not be deducted!!! saying that the 30% will be refunded to us but they can't say how long in will take???
left pick n pay with no tickets and no discount - stop with empty promises!!!
Last thing the service at pick n pay klerksdorp was really good they tried very hard to assist us with no luck.

We do not separately indicate the discount. When FlySafair sends the prices to Pick n Pay, the 30% discount is already deducted from the amount.
