30 mins in queue

At Pick and Pay Northgate it is a regular occurrence to stand in a queue for 33 mins like me today. I was told the tills are off and came back later. I'm 21 mins in and writing this report in the queue. There is a sign with a number which I can call but no one answers. Please don't phone me or answer this message. It happens every Saturday. I've given up on you. And how silly is this? Shoprite is right in the center by you. That's where I'll be if you're looking for me.
