3 slips saga - strange - need clarity

Went to buy some stuff at pick pay Golding on Main Sunday 14 June 2020. I received 3 slips: 1 x withdrawal slip for R 50 (time-stamp: 13:29pm) [ I never received any cash ] 1 declined slip (time-stamp: 13:31pm) 1 tillslip with a successful purchased (used another ATM card linked to another account)

Went physically to the ATM , printed out a mini-statement. Shows: Account balance R 246.35 Available Balance: R 186.35 (ie. R 246 - R 186.35 = R 60 = ATM declined fee + R 50) I went back and spoke to a lady at Pick n Pay - unsure what her name was. She called the staffwoman Nokwanda to her. She says that someone must have done another transaction at that time. Can you check what's happened ? I don't want to accuse anyone of *****ing. I would just like to understand if I will be short R 50 like my ATM slip says I am ?

I never received any cash for this transaction.
