3 months to resolve a simple complaint.

I have sent countless emails since 26 December. I forwarded pictures of the sweetener packets that are sealed but empty. This has been happening constantly with the sweetener my father bought. I received a webtickets voucher for FOURTY FIVE RAND from webtickets without any accompanying communication. The sweetener my father USED TO buy cost far more than R45. When I attempted to redeem the voucher, the cashier advised that it had been used. I contacted webtickets and found out it was redeemed in SOWETO. I live in Cape Town. Once again I contacted PnP and no response.
