3 months expired Fresh product

I bought Rainbow cheese Russians from Pick n Pay at the Pavilion (Durban) on the 8/11/2022, it was after we had consumed the product that we picked up reaction and then checked the expiry date which was the 02/08/2022 so this product was kept on the fridge for more that 3 months after it’s expiry date . This is alarming and scary with Rainbows history with the Listeriosis as we have started getting symptoms I’m feeling feverish and my pregnant sister has the same symptom but she also started having a running stomach . I’m not pleased with the way they handled this matter as I now at my cost we have to consult a Dr even after I’ve stated that I don’t have means to and only after the Dr’s report they will attend to the matter ,so now their negligence is inconveniencing and affecting me physically and financially. I believe this matter demands serious attention and there should be serious consequences for the parties involved.
