2weeks and still waiting for a refund for funds taken that I did not authorize

Terrible support services and irregularity resolution. They are the exact reason why competition is important. Honestly, I wouldn't have used their service had I known it would be this much of a hassle. I use many delivery apps, but now I'll be sticking with Checkers and Spar, thanks. At least with them, I know I'll get the product I ordered or I'll get my money back. They won't take money from me and take two weeks to return it. This should be *******
