2nd time pick and pay *****s me over

pick a pay online shop has not delivered some of my products driver told me it will be delivered monday its now friday and i had to phone them ever day since monday and still i dont have my products or money back<br> <br> and every time i order from pick and pay there producsts is expireing in 2 days so they always give you the oldest stuff last time it cost me R100 in phone calls to get my R80 back i waited 2 months now i am sitting with same problem again i cant rtake this any more pick and ay i want my money back plus my time + my money i had to spend
